| Résumé : | This paper examines the effects of ICT investments on i) total labour demand; ii) labour demand by skill level; and iii) labour demand by industry in selected OECD countries over the period 1990-2012. The findings suggest that ICT investments had temporary effects – positive in some periods, negative in others - on total labour demand and labour demand by skill but permanent effects on labour demand by industry.(source: report) |
