| Résumé : | The changes that have been taking place in work in the chemical industries over the past thirty years have led to a reconfiguration of production and maintenance jobs. The profiles of these manual workers, technicians and supervisors, who now tend to be more highly qualified and more functionally flexible, have become more diverse. In a sector in which work has become considerably denser and modernised, albeit unevenly, the transmission of knowledge, on-the-job learning and internal mobility still predominate. |
