| Résumé : | This JRC report on the changing nature of work and skills in the digital age aims to help policymakers and the broader public to make sense of the vast amount of evidence available on the future of work and education, while bringing new elements for reflection into the debate. It combines a synthesis of the most recent and robust scientific evidence available with original JRC research on issues that have often been overlooked by existing studies. In particular, the report provides new insights into the interplay between automation and work organisation, the extent and nature of platform work, and the patterns of occupational changes across EU regions.
