Résumé : | This publication represents an attempt to clarify the conceptual confusion around the term ‘open government’ and to formulate a working definition for the field of education. It also reviews the 10 Open government in education: Clarifying concepts and mapping initiatives ‘theory of change’ that links open government and corruption, and conducts an initial mapping of promising and innovative initiatives of open government in education. On the basis of a conceptual and empirical overview, it provides empirical frameworks for further research and draft policy recommendations. The publication builds on academic sources, reports from international organizations, and the work of renowned non-governmental organizations in the field. It also provides a conceptual basis for the development of IIEP’s new research devoted to the topic. ( Source: publication) |
