| Résumé : | Over the past twenty years, continuing vocational training in France has evolved within an innovative institutional system that has produced indisputable results in the firms. At a time when the social partners and the State are in the process of jointly reexamining the legislative and regulatory framework that governs this system, it seems particularly appropriate to review its performance. What follows is a summary of the origins and underlying principes of the continuing vocational training system in the firms, its principal results, and the nature of the current debate surrounding it. |
