Résumé : | This article aims to examine actions, in terms of working conditions, that corporations could implement to influence both well-being at work and corporate performance. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding of the factors that may solve the paradox between well-being at work and performance. Through an approach based on paradox, this question is studied using a national representative database developed by the French Ministry of Labor, cross-referencing questionnaire responses from French employees and employers. The results present factors that lead to a virtuous cycle, improving both well-being at work and corporate performance. |
