| Résumé : | In the face of chronic youth unemployment, decision-makers in many countries are currently questioning the role and effectiveness of alternance between school-based vocational training and in-company work experience. Whatever the context, fundamental questions are being raised: what are the effects of alternating training on youth labour-market entry and the improvement of the training-employment relationship? What are the economic, organisational and pedagogical requirements for success in alternating training? What is the role of the social actors in the definition and implementation of alternating training programmes? |
