RĂ©sumĂ© : | How can teachers, social workers, educators and parents work together to support childrenâs learning and desire to be successful in life? How can each group construct its role and acknowledge the roles of others within coeducation? Beginning in 2006, a project involving these actors was initiated in Marseille, France by two educational networks and a social centre with the support of a clinical sociologist. In this chapter, the author identifies the nature of the difficulties and clarifies the defence mechanisms which made the parties feel powerless. The chapter also highlights the resistance of the actors and what is needed for radical transformation to take place. |
