| Résumé : | "Young people with less opportunity" YPFOs) are the priority target of the most recent European programmes for young people. A social experiment, funded by Fonds d'expérimentation pour la jeunesse/Fund for experimental Youth Projects and evaluated by Céreq, had the aim of encouraging such young people to be internationally mobile. The evaluation showed that, while the young people certainly benefited, the scheme actually had its greatest impact on the actors involved and their methods of coordination. |
