RĂ©sumĂ© : | Occupation-based approaches to human resource management are on the increase in firms and government departments. They provide a means of identifying, describing and enhancing the standing of these organisationsâ activities and jobs. They are also a tool for managing mobility. Private companies and public-sector bodies do not use them in the same way, but in all cases the implementation of occupation-based approaches requires that certain methodological principles be respected. |
