Résumé : | This article investigates the relationship between the organizational commitment of digital designers and their levels of knowledge sharing within their organization. We carried out an online survey of 487 French digital designers from 2020-2021. Using Structural Equation Modelling and PROCESS Macro techniques, our analysis finds that normative organizational commitment positively influences knowledge donating through (1) knowledge collecting and (2) affective organizational commitment. We discuss our results as well as their theoretical and managerial implications. |
