Résumé : | In the face of an acute demographic problem and its own changing missions, France public service might well be expected to give continuing training an increasingly important role. But what do we know about training practices in this sector, notably comparison with the private sector ? If the nature of the disparities in access are similar, the overall access to training is less selective in the public sector. This situation cannot be explained solely in terms of the "civil servant" status. |
